3 p.m. (BST) kickoff
Location: Kenilworth Road
This Saturday’s match between Luton Town and Wolverhampton Wanderers at Kenilworth Road is crucial for both teams. As we attempt to outmaneuver Wolves and build on our previous performance against Fulham with three points, we will consider our likely lineup today. Prepare yourself for an exciting sneak peek at Oak Road Hatter’s roster.
Barkley, Clark, Osho, and Potts are all injured.
Kaminski will continue to hold the position. He’ll likely be miffed about his mistakes against West Ham and Fulham, but I think he’ll try to move past them and perform well at home.
Similar to how Fulham lined up, the defense is composed of Burke (RCB), Lockyer (CB), and Andersen (LCB). Despite the defeat, the defense was as solid as it has ever been, limiting Fulham to very little, and as a result, all three continue in their positions. Bell has been replaced by Doughty (LWB) in the wing-back positions. Bell offered little assistance in the forward areas despite being moved to LWB rather than LCB. He also missed a guilt edge opportunity. After a tremendously good performance the last time out, in which he generated a game-high three opportunities and two significant chances, Kabore (RWB) keeps his spot.
Nakamba (DM), Lokonga (CM), and Chong (CM) remain as a unit in the middle of the field. Due to Clark’s continued absence, Barkley is most likely the only man challenging Lokonga or Chong for the starting spot. The club stated that Barkley will miss the game.
The front two had some disagreements, but we believe Morris will start next to Brown. Adebayo is loved by Edward, and as supporters, we are all know of it. At home, the decision is very close, but given how well he played at Craven Cottage, we believe he will stay.
