A Chicago Sky star rejected the idea of playing with Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever ¹. The Sky’s Kamilla Cardoso was asked by a fan on Instagram Live to join the Fever, but she quickly shut down the idea, saying, “I heard there’s not a lot to do in Indiana” ¹. Cardoso, the third overall draft pick, had an impressive rookie season with the Sky, averaging 9.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game ¹. Meanwhile, the Indiana Fever clinched a playoff berth for the first time since 2016, led by Caitlin Clark’s historic rookie season ².
