Another Maple Leafs player has been spotted preparing for what could be a massive 2024-25 season.
Mitch Marner was seen on the ice in Vaughan, Ontario, on Tuesday with several other NHL players in a video posted to Instagram by a coach he trains with, Daniel Noble.
The 27-year-old was pictured doing a skating drill while wearing what looks to be white skates with a teal trim. Marner, who’s been an NHL All-Star three times — and in back-to-back seasons — has worn white skates during two skills competitions.
During the All-Star festivities in Toronto earlier this year, he debuted skates that featured his dog, Zeus, and the city’s skyline. Marner also unveiled Miami Vice-themed skates at the NHL All-Star festivities the year prior in Florida.
