King signs new Wolves contract
The goalkeeper, who played more than 200 games in the EFL before joining from Northampton Town last summer, has been a vital member of Gary O’Neil’s squad thus far this season.
King has yet to make his competitive debut for the team, although he has made six appearances off the bench and has been a mainstay in the matchday group, filling in as the third goalkeeper.
King, 28, joined the club through former goalie coach Tony Roberts. He is a regular in the Wales national team camp, having most recently been called up for the November internationals. However, King’s work ethic and attitude at Compton Park and Molineux have earned him a new contract.
Matt Hobbs, the sporting director, stated: “We’re attempting to build
