Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski announced following the 31-27 victory over Jacksonville that Joe Flacco would be the starting quarterback moving forward and he’ll lead them in a tight race with the Steelers for an AFC Wild Card spot down the home stretch of the regular season.
