Kamal Hadden To Have Season-Ending Surgery For Tennessee Football
Kamal Hadden is a senior redshirt who has had an outstanding season thus far. Many thought he was statistically ranked in the top 5. In seven games, he had seven pass deflections and three interceptions.
He was hurt early in the Alabama game trying to tackle an Alabama player, which resulted in a shoulder injury. Not until after the crimson flood had scored, and already clearly frustrated, did he enter the injury tent. In the third quarter, Hadden made a comeback, but he quickly left the game forever in the future.
The talented corner announced earlier today that he would be entering surgery, ultimately ending his season earlier this morning. A big question for the Volunteer corner is: where will he go next? Time will tell, considering this year was his final year of eligibility this season. Hadden took to Instagram by saying, “The get-back starts now.” It is safe to say that the redshirt senior corner will be missed in orange and white, but all of Vol Nation will come together and support him through this tough time, considering he was becoming one of the fan favorites on the team for many. Best of luck to Kamal Hadden.
