UPDATE: RJ Barrett’s Injury Status For Raptors-Thunder Game
UPDATE: RJ Barrett is available (h/t Michael Grange of Sportsnet).
On Sunday evening, the Toronto Raptors will face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Oklahoma.
For the game, the Raptors could remain without one of their best players, as RJ Barrett is on the injury report.
The former Duke star has missed each of the previous three games, so this would be his fourth straight out of the lineup (if he doesn’t play).
Via Underdog NBA: “RJ Barrett (knee) questionable for Sunday.”
Barrett has played in 39 games this season and is averaging 19.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest while shooting 46.5% from the field and 33.9% from the three-point range.
The Raptors are the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-31 record in their first 48 games.
They are 2-8 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Houston Rockets by a score of 135-106.
Following the Thunder, the Raptors will remain on the road to face off against Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday evening.
On the road, they are 7-18 in the 25 games they have played away from Canada.
As for the Thunder, they are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 34-15 record in their first 49 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.
Following Sunday’s matchup with the Raptors, the Thunder will travel to Salt Lake City to face off against Jordan Clarkson and the Jazz on Tuesday evening.
