Who is the greatest football player in the world? Depending who you ask, and where they are from, you may get different answers, as KSI and Logan Paul proved with the announcement of their latest superstar athlete to sponsor PRIME: Patrick Mahomes.
Watch KSI go from Messi to Mahomes fanboy in an instant
American football’s biggest name, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, joined forces with the former YouTubers, building out a PRIME roster that includes international football sensations Erling Haaland and Alisha Lehmann among its high-profile sponsors. Lionel Messi is not in fact on the team. Not yet, anyway.
“Bro went from asking who patrick mahomes is to saying he is a huge fan,” said the top comment on TikTok about KSI’s reaction.
“From who is Patrick Mahomes? to Patrick my homes,” joked another popular comment.
PRIME is also the official energy drink of UFC and teams like FC Barcelona, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Turns out it wasn’t Travis Kelce after all
After KSI and Paul posted a photo from last week’s Chiefs home game against the Bills, there was lots of speculation over which player they were hoping to add to their company. Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce both had a great case to become the first NFL player to promote PRIME.
Kelce’s fame on social media, especially among female demographics, has soared during his relationship with Taylor Swift. His podcast and numerous sponsorships have made him one of the most recognizable and marketable players in the league, alongside the man throwing him the ball, Mahomes.
Both would have been great options, but Mahomes got the nod, and KSI wasted no time becoming his number one fan.

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs will play the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day while his brother Jason Kelce and the Philadelphia Eagles will face the New York Giants later on December 25th, Now the obvious question is if Taylor Swift will be joining Travis in his game in Kansas City.
Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce will both play on Christmas Day
The Kelcies have made plans to celebrate Christmas, however, they have had to do it at a later time after their NFL commitments have been taken care of.
Travis spoke to People magazine and mentioned that ‘My brother sent me a text and said he’s going to be celebrating afterwards,’ and although they have to change their schedules Travis claims “It will be a fun one.”
The Kelces’ mom, Donna, is a fan of both teams as many have seen her traditional half-gren-half-red jersey to support Travis and Jason, however, it has not been revealed if she will travel from Kansas City to Philadelphia to see both of her sons play.
Taylor Swift has not comfirmed if she will see Travis on Christmas Day
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has been an avid fan of the Chiefs, despite being a Philadelphia fan all her life, she has attended 8 NFL games and has been seen getting along great with the Kansas City crowd, including Donna Kelce and Brittany Mahomes.
Taylor even brought her dad Scott Swift to join her and cheer as the Chiefs beat the Patriots 27-17 and breaking the two game losing streak at the hands of the Buffalo Bills 20-17 and the Green Bay Packers 27-19.
It has not been revealed yet if Tay Tay will join Travis durin his game against the Los Angeles Raiders on Monday, December 25th, in Kansas City.
