Giannis Antetokounmpo had a sensational dunk during Tuesday’s game.
On Tuesday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the New York Knicks (at home) by a score of 146-122.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 35 points, eight rebounds, ten assists and three steals while shooting 15/22 from the field and 1/1 from the three-point range in 34 minutes of playing time.
During the game, the two-time MVP had a sensational dunk that went viral on social media.
With the victory, the Bucks are now headed to Las Vegas to face off against the Indiana Pacers in the In-Season Tournament’s final four on Thursday evening.
Antetokounmpo is in the middle of another sensational season with averages of 30.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks per contest while shooting 61.1% from the field in 20 games.
The Bucks improved to 15-6 in their first 21 games, which has them as the second seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and 10-1 in the 11 games they have hosted on their home floor in Milwaukee.
Antetokounmpo is in his 11th season in the NBA (all with the Bucks) and has led the franchise to the playoffs in each of the previous seven seasons (they won the 2021 NBA Championship over the Phoenix Suns).
The 28-year-old has career averages of 22.8 points, 9.6 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.3 blocks per contest while shooting 53.9% from the field and 28.6% from the three-point range.
As for the Knicks, they fell to 12-8 in their first 20 games, which has them as the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference.
