Travis Kelce spent Thanksgiving 2023 by cruising around Kansas City in his Rolls-Royce whilst Taylor Swift was in Brazil for her “Eras Tour” in Sao Paulo.
He likely bought takeout as he said he would on his “New Heights” podcast but didn’t reveal his actual plans to give thanks. He could have celebrated it with Jason Kelce, his brother, but didn’t appear to have taken up the offer.

His family traditionally celebrates the holiday by consuming cinnamon rolls and ham over the conventional foods, according to his mother Donna. They also get competitive when the siblings pick up board games and puzzles.
But it appears that the two-time NFL champion was spotted in the Missouri area of the city in a video on Thursday, apparently singing near his newly-bought $6m (USD) mansion, according to TMZ, without anyone to accompany him.
When is Swift back in the States?
As aforementioned, Swift is on tour but she didn’t return due to being booked out. Recently, a fan died at her concert which was held in conditions reaching 100 Fahrenheit leaving the star struck by grief.
Instead of returning for Thanksgiving, she chose to remain in South America as she handles the shock of what happened at the gig before she has to then go on stage and perform again on Friday, November 24.
“She is devastated about a fan dying,” a source said to PageSix.com. “The weather is extreme. It’s a mess she didn’t expect. It’s been a traumatic experience. It’s been a lot.”

‘Well it was bound to happen eventually. Sorry Swifties,’ commented another.When him and brother Jason were talking about the Thanksgiving NFL games, Kelce said: ‘Good luck to them. I’ll be feasting on KFC because I won’t have anybody here.’
And the comment didn’t go unnoticed by the fast food chain itself, who responded to him on Twitter.
Travis was given a last-minute invite to his brother’s house in Philadelphia when he discovered he was going to be by himself.
‘If you want to make a quick trip, you’re welcome at the house, man,’ he said. ‘We’ll have plenty of food.’
It will be difficult for Travis to make the journey to his brother, though, given that he and the Chiefs have to prepare to play the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
