Bryant is welcomed back by the league following a four-year suspension for breaking the code regarding substance misuse. The former wide receiver for the Steelers was moving around the CFL and XFL after failing repeated drug tests and hoping for another chance.
Now that he’s returned, clubs all across the league are calling him in for workouts despite his advanced age of 31. He now has meetings scheduled with the Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys.
Bryant was dealt to the Oakland Raiders in exchange for a third-round pick after playing for the Steelers for four seasons. He became a starter with Antonio Brown while he was in Pittsburgh, catching 126 catches for 1,917 yards and 17 touchdowns.
It was anticipated that Bryant would be viewed favorably by several teams, and should he fail to make a deal during these two practices, he will likely be invited to tryouts in the near future.
