The NBA released its final two-minute report on the Clippers vs.
Lakers .
The LA Clippers had their 11-game winning streak snapped against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night, losing to their road opponent in overtime.
This was one of the most entertaining games these two teams have ever played in this era of Los Angeles basketball, coming to a close after the Clippers built a 19-point lead early in the game.
With the Finals fast approaching, the NBA released its Final Two Minutes report, which includes three missed calls in the final minutes of this game.
According to the NBA, the first missed call in the final two minutes of the game came with 1: 43 left when Bones Hyland was whistled for a foul on Cam Reddish.
The NBA admitted that “Hyland made contact with the ball and knocked it away from Reddish,” which should not have been called a foul.
The next missed call detailed in the report in the final two minutes had the score 1: 50 left to go into extra time when Ivica Zubac touched the ball before it went out of bounds, which the officials officials cannot see.
Control should have belonged to the Lakers.
The last missed call in this game came with six seconds left when Zubac should have been called for an offensive foul on Anthony Davis.
It was an insignificant defeat at this point, but was detailed by the tournament nonetheless.
