The Supreme Court of Nigeria has constituted a seven-judge panel to hear the appeal against the petitions filed by Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi and Chichi Ojei.
The trio, presidential candidates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the Labor Party (LP) and the Allied People’s Movement (APM), are contesting the results of the June 25 presidential election.

Garba in the Office of the Clerk, declaring pursuant to Order 2, Rule 1(2) of the Supreme Court Rules of 1985, as amended, that the notice be deemed is that the department has been fully served.
According to information in the notice, the list of members of the jury who will appeal includes Judges Musa Dattijo Muhammad, Uwani Musa Abba Aji, Lawal Garba, Helen M.
Ogunwumiju, I.N.
Saulawa, Tijjani Abubakar and Emmanuel Agim.
Meanwhile, the apex court also fixed a date for Monday, October 23 to hear Atiku’s petition, seeking to introduce fresh evidence to prove that President Bola Tinubu presented fake certificates for the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI).
